We are working diligently to build up our insurance contracts to help provide accessible care. At this time, we accept the following insurances:

Coming soon! I am currently credentialing with Optum Products, Aetna, and Cigna insurance.

If you would like to opt-out of using insurance our current 2023 rates are as follows:

• $160 intake session (60 minutes)

• $145 for 60 minute sessions

• $125 for 45 minute sessions

I do have several sliding scale slots open. Although they are not guaranteed, please feel free to contact me if this is something you are interested in.

Please note that based on your insurance coverage, your sessions may be covered in part or in full. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payments are due at the time of session and can be made with most major credit, debit, and HSA cards prior to session starting. All clients are required to keep a card on file and will be charged at the time of session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at LEAST 24 hours in advanced.

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation fee and clients will be charged $75 for no shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
